Search by Name

The simplest way to find a customer. Just say their name and Tuty searches your records. If there are multiple matches, you'll see a picker to choose the right one.

When a customer calls in, find their record instantly using their phone number. Tuty matches against all phone numbers on file.

Customer just pulled up? Read the plate and Tuty finds the matching vehicle and owner in your system.

VIN Lookup

For a precise vehicle match, use the VIN. Tuty decodes the VIN to confirm year, make, model, and trim — and connects it to the right customer record.

Creating New Customers

If Tuty can't find a match, it will offer to create a new customer record. Just confirm and provide any additional details like phone number or email. The new customer is automatically attached to the work order.
