1

Get Your Invite Link

We'll send you an email with a Google Play opt-in link. This connects your Google account to the Tuty closed testing program so you can download the app before it's publicly available.

Check your inbox for an email from your TireTutor representative with the subject line “Your Tuty app invite”.

ℹ️
Haven't received your invite? Reach out to your TireTutor contact or email support@tiretutor.com and we'll get you set up right away.

Accept the Invitation

  1. Open the opt-in link on your Android phone (or any browser signed into your Google account)
  2. You'll see the Google Play testing page — tap “Become a tester”
  3. Wait 1–2 minutes for Google to process your enrollment

Install from Google Play

  1. After accepting the invite, tap the link to the Tuty listing on Google Play
  2. Tap Install — the app will download and install automatically
⚠️
Important: You won't find Tuty by searching the Play Store. During the closed testing phase, you must always use the direct link from your invite email.
4

  1. Open Tuty on your phone
  2. Enter your TireTutor dashboard email and password
  3. Tap Sign In

These are the same credentials you use to log in to the TireTutor dealer dashboard.

You're In!

After logging in, you'll land on the chat screen. This is your AI shop assistant — ready to help with work orders, tire searches, estimates, and more.

Tap the microphone button to talk, or type a message in the text field at the bottom.

Try saying: “Create a work order for John Smith, 2019 Honda Civic, needs an oil change and tire rotation.” Tuty will handle the rest!

Common Issues

Quick fixes for the most common setup problems.

This usually means the Google account on your phone doesn't match the one you used to accept the tester invite. Make sure you're signed into Google Play with the same email address that received the invite. If you have multiple Google accounts, check the account picker in the Play Store app. You may need to switch accounts or re-accept the invite with the correct one.
Double-check that you're entering the same email and password you use for the TireTutor dealer dashboard (not your Google account password). If you've forgotten your password, reset it from the dashboard login page at dashboard.tiretutor.com first, then try again in the app.
First, make sure your phone is running Android 8.0 or later and has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, check the Play Store for an update — we push fixes regularly during the testing phase. Still stuck? Tuty needs microphone access for voice commands. When prompted, tap “Allow”. If you accidentally denied it, go to Settings → Apps → Tuty → Permissions → Microphone and set it to “Allow.” Then restart the app.
