iOS Setup Guide

Get Tuty installed on your iPhone via TestFlight in about 5 minutes. We'll walk you through every step.

Install TestFlight

TestFlight is Apple's official app for testing apps before they're released on the App Store. You'll need it to install Tuty.

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
  2. Search for “TestFlight”
  3. Tap Get to download and install it

TestFlight is free and made by Apple. If you already have it installed, you can skip this step.

Get Your Invite

We'll send you an email or a direct link to join the Tuty beta test on TestFlight.

Check your inbox for an email from your TireTutor representative with the subject line “Your Tuty app invite”.

Haven't received your invite? Reach out to your TireTutor contact or email support@tiretutor.com and we'll get you set up right away.

Accept and Install

  1. Tap the TestFlight invite link from your email
  2. TestFlight will open and show the Tuty app — tap “Accept”
  3. Tap “Install” to download Tuty to your phone

Log In

  1. Open Tuty on your iPhone
  2. Enter your TireTutor dashboard email and password
  3. Tap Sign In

These are the same credentials you use to log in to the TireTutor dealer dashboard.

Allow Microphone Access

When you first tap the microphone button, iOS will ask for permission to use your microphone. Tap “Allow” to enable voice commands.

After allowing, you're all set! Tuty is ready to help you run your shop.

Try saying: “Create a work order for John Smith, 2019 Honda Civic, needs an oil change and tire rotation.” Tuty will handle the rest!

Common Issues

Quick fixes for the most common setup problems.

TestFlight invites expire after 90 days. If your invite has expired, contact your TireTutor representative or email support@tiretutor.com and we'll send you a fresh link.
Double-check that you're entering the same email and password you use for the TireTutor dealer dashboard (not your Apple ID password). If you've forgotten your password, reset it from the dashboard login page at dashboard.tiretutor.com first, then try again in the app.
If you accidentally denied microphone access, go to Settings → Tuty → Microphone and toggle it on. Then restart the app. Make sure you're not on a call or using another app that has the microphone.
